RocketPlay & AffPapa: The Same PULSUP LTD in a Compliance Seal & an ACMA Warning
Last reviewed · Editorial policy
AffPapa still marks RocketPlay Partners & PULSUP LTD as Certified. Australia formally warned that same PULSUP LTD for publishing designated gambling-service advertisements through Rocketplay.com.au, while further RocketPlay domains were blocked. Dama N.V. is separately named as casino operator, so the roles must not be confused.
Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.
What AffPapa published or retained
What the seals cover. AffPapa describes its Boomerang Partners & RocketPlay Partners seals as compliance with its own Fair Partnership rules. Those rules concern responsiveness to affiliates, commission payments & fee transparency. A regulatory warning does not by itself establish a breach of those rules. The seals are not gambling licences or evidence of authorisation in every market.
AffPapa's compliance page remains live with RocketPlay Partners, company PULSUP LTD, status Certified. Its December 2024 directory partnership & January 2022 partnership pages also remain live. The certified company is an exact entity match to ACMA's advertising warning.
What the authority did
In its January–March 2026 report, ACMA records a formal warning to PULSUP LTD, the same company named on AffPapa's RocketPlay Partners seal, for publishing designated interactive-gambling-service advertisements through Rocketplay.com.au. This was an advertising finding, not a finding that PULSUP operated an unlawful casino. RocketPlayPartners separately names Dama N.V. as casino owner & operator.

The question this case raises
Did Pulsup’s advertising warning trigger a seal review? The finding concerns advertising, not Pulsup operating the casino; a warning does not itself establish a breach of AffPapa’s private rules.
Reply record
InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
