BC.GAME & AffPapa: Live Promotion Despite Warnings, Blocks & a Swedish Prohibition
Last reviewed · Editorial policy
AffPapa is still promoting BC.GAME & even lists Australia among its markets. That sits beside an Australian formal warning & website block, Dutch enforcement, & a 2026 Swedish prohibition against the company BC.GAME now identifies as its operator. The change from BlockDance to Twocent remains unexplained.
Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.
What AffPapa published or retained
Active promotion confirmed on 2 September 2026. AffPapa has a live profile, join-program link, 4.0 Trust Transparency score & lists Australia among BC.Game Affiliates' markets. Its partnership, renewal & review pages remain accessible. This proves current promotion & referral functionality, not the terms of any present contract.
What the authority did
ACMA formally warned BlockDance B.V. for providing prohibited & unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services through BC.Game. The Dutch KSA also named BlockDance B.V. Sweden's prohibition named Twocent Technology Limited. BC.GAME now identifies Twocent as its operator, but no reviewed source establishes when or how responsibility moved from BlockDance to Twocent.
Correction — 5 September 2026. The ACMA warning is dated 17 October 2022. The chronology previously gave 28 November 2022. AffPapa’s renewal announcement remains dated 30 November 2022. The original 2 September evidence cut-off otherwise remains.
Chronology
- 28 September 2021 — AffPapa announced a partnership with BC.GAME.
- 17 October 2022 — ACMA dated its formal warning to BlockDance B.V. over BC.Game. Its October–December 2022 report also lists bc.game among blocked websites.
- 30 November 2022 — AffPapa announced another year-long partnership & described the exposure, content & awards it had provided.
- 17 October 2024 — The Dutch KSA said BlockDance B.V. offered unlicensed gambling through bc.game & bcgame.lu.
- 29 June 2026 — Sweden’s decision names Twocent Technology Limited & bc.game & prohibits gambling provision in Sweden without the required licence.
- 27 August 2026 — AffPapa updated its Bitcoin-casino ranking & retained BC.Game Affiliates.
The question this case raises
What reassessment followed the warning & later operator change? BlockDance’s historical findings cannot automatically be transferred to Twocent, or beyond each authority’s jurisdiction.
Reply record
InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
