Power Up Casino & AffPapa: A Live Partnership Across a Changed Entity Trail

Published: Updated: 2 min read

InfoBets investigation into Power Up Casino & AffPapa, with the complete historical artwork published by AffPapa clearly labelled as source material.

AffPapa’s Power Up Casino partnership article remains live, but the entity trail has changed. Curaçao’s certificate records Rabidi N.V.’s powerupcasino.com licence as revoked, while Australia’s 2025 warning attributes the service to NovaForge Ltd for the Australian period.

Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.

Correction & source clarification — 5 September 2026. The warning’s 4 November 2025 date remains supported by the signed document. The later source-page dates are now explicitly identified as updates; the separate Wildsino action belongs to April–June 2026.

What AffPapa published or retained

AffPapa’s Power Up Casino partnership article remained live at the 2 September 2026 check.

What the authority did

Australia — ACMA: NovaForge Ltd was identified as provider of Power Up Casino during the 2025 investigation & was found to have provided prohibited & unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services to customers physically present in Australia. Curaçao — CGA: a separate certificate maps powerupcasino.com to Rabidi N.V. & now marks that licence revoked. These time-specific entity mappings remain separate.

Chronology

  1. 22 December 2022: AffPapa announced its Power Up Casino partnership.
  2. 5 February 2024: a CGA licence associated with powerupcasino.com was granted to Rabidi N.V.; its current certificate status is revoked.
  3. 7 October 2025: ACMA opened its investigation into Power Up Casino & six other services.
  4. 4 November 2025: ACMA dated its formal warning to NovaForge Ltd.
  5. 11 December 2025: ACMA announced ISP blocking of Power Up Casino.
  6. 2 February 2026: ACMA’s NovaForge warning page shows this as its last-updated date. The warning itself is dated 4 November 2025.
  7. April–June 2026: ACMA’s quarterly report records another warning to NovaForge for Wildsino. Its page was last updated on 24 August. This is provider context, not a new Power Up finding.
  8. 2 September 2026: AffPapa’s partnership article remained live.

The question this case raises

How did AffPapa connect the historical & current company records? NovaForge’s Australian warning & Rabidi’s revoked certificate do not establish that they are the same operator.

Reply record

InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
