MostBet, MostBet Partners & AffPapa: The Partnership That Followed Lithuania’s 2019 Court Record
Last reviewed · Editorial policy
AffPapa partnered with MostBet Partners more than three years after a Lithuanian court decision connected mostbet.com to StarBet N.V. Sri Lanka blocked the same main domain in August 2026. The 2019 entity attribution must not automatically be treated as the current operator.
Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.
What AffPapa published or retained
AffPapa’s 2022 partnership page & subsequent MostBet material remained the relationship evidence reviewed.
What the authority did
Lithuania’s decision-era record attributes mostbet.com to StarBet N.V. Sri Lanka identifies the domain but not a provider. Neither record establishes today’s AffPapa contracting party.

The question this case raises
What checks connected the brand to its contracting company? Lithuania’s 2019 StarBet attribution does not establish the current operator or today’s AffPapa counterparty.
Reply record
InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
