AffPapa renewed Buzz Affiliates twice in 2026 & continues to promote Nova Jackpot, SpiNight & VegaZone. Those renewals followed Australian warnings & blocking involving NovaForge Ltd & the first two named brands; the AffPapa pages remain live.

What the authority did
Australia — ACMA: NovaForge Ltd was formally warned for prohibited & unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services including SpiNight, & under a separate warning including Nova Jackpot & Power Up Casino. Buzz Affiliates is an affiliate programme & was not itself named as the service provider in these ACMA findings.

The question this case raises
What checks covered Nova Jackpot & SpiNight before renewal? A portfolio connection does not establish that Buzz itself was the warned provider; Wildsino is a later documented development.
