Yet Australian records name Rabidi N.V. & Liernin Enterprises in Boomerang Casino action, while a Spanish decision attributes Boomerang-Casino & Boomerang-Bet to Adonio N.V. AffPapa's seal names a fourth company, Boomerang N.V., without explaining the chain.

Correction — 5 September 2026. ACMA records the Rabidi/Boomerang warning in October–December 2022. The previously stated 16 February 2023 was the warning page’s update date, not evidence of when the warning was issued. Its exact signed day has not been independently verified.
