What the authority did
Australia — ACMA: NovaForge Ltd was formally warned for prohibited & unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services including SpiNight, & under a separate warning including Nova Jackpot & Power Up Casino. Buzz Affiliates is an affiliate programme & was not itself named as the service provider in these ACMA findings.
Chronology
- October–December 2025: ACMA found NovaForge Ltd provided prohibited & unlicensed services including Nova Jackpot, Power Up Casino & SpiNight.
- 11 December 2025: ACMA announced blocking that included Nova Jackpot & Power Up Casino; its quarterly list also included a SpiNight mirror.
- 27 April 2026: AffPapa announced a Buzz Affiliates partnership extension naming Nova Jackpot, SpiNight & VegaZone.
- 22 July 2026: AffPapa published a promotional interview about the same portfolio.
- 23 July 2026: AffPapa announced another one-year Buzz Affiliates extension naming the same three brands.
- 24 August 2026: ACMA separately recorded a NovaForge warning for Wildsino; this is provider context, not a Buzz-brand finding.
