AffPapa renewed its public partnership with WPN Affiliates after Dutch regulators said Winning Poker Network kept serving Dutch players despite earlier enforcement. What AffPapa published or retained

AffPapa's June 2026 partnership announcement & September 2024 directory page remain live. The June page says registered affiliates can find WPN Affiliates & discuss collaboration. This supports a current public partnership representation, although its payment & contract terms are not public.

What the authority did

The Dutch KSA named Winning Poker Network as an unlicensed provider serving Dutch players & imposed enforcement followed by a €1.275 million fine. The announcement was made on 14 January 2025, but the fine decision is dated 17 December 2024. The public material does not clearly identify WPN's incorporated legal entity.
