N1 Bet & AffPapa: New Promotion After Australian Warnings & Blocks
Last reviewed · Editorial policy
AffPapa renewed its N1 Partners relationship, kept N1 Partners on its directory, & published another promotional case study on 2 September 2026. Australia had formally warned Dama N.V. over N1 Bet services & later listed more N1 Bet domains for blocking. AffPapa, N1 Partners & the relevant brand did not explain the checks behind the continuing promotion.
Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.
Correction & source note — 5 September 2026. The later Dama warning is dated 25 November 2024, not December 2024. The earlier warning is now dated to ACMA’s January–March 2023 reporting period because its exact signed day has not been independently verified. The named entities & Australian scope remain unchanged.
What AffPapa published or retained
Active relationship representation confirmed. AffPapa's 2025 extension says N1 Partners remains in its directory, its 2023 renewal expressly includes N1 Bet, & its current homepage lists N1 Partners with Australia among the displayed markets. On 2 September 2026, AffPapa published a new N1 Partners case study promoting the program’s event results, brand portfolio & commercial terms. This later page was not individually put to every recipient before the 20 August deadline.
What the authority did
ACMA's warnings named Dama N.V. as provider of N1 Bet services during the investigated periods. Current N1 Bet terms identify Stable Tech N.V., registration 160129, under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/161/0191. The new block list includes n1bet7.com & n1bet8.com but does not name the entity behind those mirrors.
Chronology
- January–March 2023 — ACMA reported a formal warning to Dama N.V. over Olympia Casino & N1 Bet services.
- 5 June 2023 — AffPapa renewed its N1 Partners relationship & expressly listed N1 Bet.
- 25 November 2024 — ACMA issued another warning to Dama N.V. covering N1 Bet services & other brands.
- 22 August 2025 — AffPapa announced another extension & said N1 Partners remained in its directory.
- 24 August 2026 — ACMA's new April-June report listed n1bet7.com & n1bet8.com among blocked URLs.
- 2 September 2026 — AffPapa published a new N1 Partners marketing case study. This was found after the reply deadline & is a later documentary update.
The question this case raises
What reassessment followed the warnings & new mirror blocks? Dama’s historical conduct is not automatically Stable Tech’s; the later block list does not name the mirrors’ operator.
Reply record
InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
