1xBit & AffPapa: A Live Partnership Page & Unanswered Ownership Questions
Last reviewed · Editorial policy
AffPapa's live partnership page says 1xBit was owned by 1X Corp N.V., but the published Dutch sanction decision did not name 1xBit. A current Anjouan register instead names OCEAVENTURE LIMITED for two 1xBit domains, while AffPapa links to a different mirror. Those gaps require answers.
Evidence cut-off: 2 September 2026.
Correction & source clarification — 5 September 2026. The Dutch sanction decision is dated 4 January 2019. The previously stated 25 February was a later publication date. References to the absence of 1xBit are now explicitly limited to the published sanction decision.
What AffPapa published or retained
AffPapa's September 2024 partnership page remains live & says affiliates can find 1xBit in its directory. Its outbound mirror is 1xbit5.com. This supports a historical public partnership & continuing publication; a current contract has not been established.
What the authority did
The cited Dutch sanction decision does not name 1xBit. It names 1X Corp N.V., Exinvest Limited, 1xbet.com & xbet-1.com. AffPapa supplied the historical claim that 1X Corp owned 1xBit. The current Anjouan register instead identifies OCEAVENTURE LIMITED for 1xbit.com & 1xbitx.com. The absence of 1xbit5.com raises a verification question; it is not proof that the mirror is unlicensed.
Chronology
- 4 January 2019 — The KSA issued a sanction decision against 1X Corp N.V. & Exinvest Limited over 1xbet.com & xbet-1.com. The published decision does not name 1xBit.
- 27 September 2024 — AffPapa announced a 1xBit partnership, described 1xBit as owned by 1X Corp N.V. & linked to 1xbit5.com.
- 2 September 2026 — The visible Anjouan register named OCEAVENTURE LIMITED for 1xbit.com & 1xbitx.com but did not display 1xbit5.com in that entry.
The question this case raises
How did AffPapa verify the linked mirror & operator? The Dutch sanction decision does not name 1xBit; a missing register entry alone does not prove a mirror unlicensed.
Reply record
InfoBets’ record says AffPapa & the relevant brand were invited to reply by 20 August 2026, 17:00 CEST; none was received by the 2 September cut-off. Silence is not an admission.
