Brazil bans online betting, gives bettors until 5 October to cash out

Brazil banned online betting by presidential decree on 25 September, according to the official gazette. Bettors have until 23:59 on 5 October to withdraw their balances, sites go dark on 6 October, & Congress now has 120 days to confirm or let the measure lapse.
