How the tours connect
Premier Padel & the CUPRA FIP Tour contribute to the official FIP ranking. For 2026, FIP uses each player’s 22 best eligible results from those competitions. The points available depend on the tournament category & round reached.
That means the event label adds useful context to a win or loss. A result from one round should not be treated as interchangeable with every other result.
Five labels worth reading
- Tour: the competition series.
- Event: the individual tournament.
- Round: qualifying, main draw or a later stage.
- Pair: both players on each side.
- Status: upcoming, live, completed, retired or walkover, where shown.
Follow the full pairing
Imagine searching a player’s name & finding two results with different partners. The surname matches, but the pairs are different. Check the full names, event date & round before using those results to describe current form.
