Last updated: 29 September 2026. These terms apply to every advertising order with InfoBets, TipLine & PollBet: sponsored stories, network stories, partner months, the founding price & any campaign we quote. They are for businesses only.
Who you are buying from
InfoBets is run by Barry Vincent Healy, a sole trader in Dublin, Ireland, trading as InfoBets. Your contract is with him. Invoices & receipts are issued in the name of Barry Healy, trading as InfoBets. Questions about an order: contact@infobets.com.
What you are buying
You buy a piece of work & its placement, as described on our rate card at the price shown when you order. A sponsored story is written & edited by us from the facts you send, published in the desk’s format on InfoBets, TipLine or PollBet (the desk that fits), marked as paid-for content on every surface it appears on, & sent to the desks’ social accounts as the package says: the desk it runs on for a sponsored story, all three desks for a network story. We do not sell traffic, clicks, followers or engagement, & we do not promise any number of views, clicks or sales. The numbers note we send on day seven reports what our own counter & the networks measured, nothing estimated.
Ordering & paying
- You can pay online (card payments are processed by Stripe) or by invoice. Prices are in euros & are paid before the draft is written.
- Where VAT applies it is shown on the invoice. A business in another EU country gives us its VAT number & accounts for the VAT itself (reverse charge).
- By ordering you confirm that you are ordering for a business, not as a consumer.
- The founding price, a network story for €800 booked through its own link on the rate card, is for the first five companies to order, one per company, until 31 October 2026.
We accept or decline every order
We check every order within two working days. If we decline it, you get a full refund. We decline work for an operator marketing to consumers in a market where it holds no licence, consumer promotions, bonuses or odds, claims we cannot source, & anything we could not stand behind under our editorial standards.
How the work runs
- You send the facts: a press release, a product page, a data point or a result, your logo & the one link you want. You confirm you have the right to let us use them.
- We send the draft within two working days of having what we need. You check every fact & figure. We keep the words; the label & the disclosure are not negotiable.
- It runs in a weekday slot we agree, between 08:00 & 21:00 CET, with the social posts as the package says, & the numbers note on day seven.
Cancelling
- Before we send the draft: a full refund.
- After we send the draft: the fee is kept, unless we fail to publish in a slot we agreed, in which case you get a full refund.
- A partner month runs for three months at least & is billed monthly. After the third month, cancel before the next month’s first draft; nothing rolls over without your say.
What money does not buy
News coverage, or a softer or shorter version of it. No news story is removed, delayed or reworded for an advertiser, & an advertiser has no say over news stories about it or anyone else. No links inside news stories. A sponsored story stays on the site & our corrections policy applies to it.
Your part
The facts you send are true & you have the rights to them. Your products & your advertising are lawful where you offer them, & you tell us about any market where they are not. 18+ applies to everything we publish.
Liability
If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we redo it or refund it. Our total liability for an order is the fee paid for it, & we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law & changes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland & the courts of Ireland decide any dispute. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
