What AffPapa published or retained

Vave Partners partnership article.

What the authority did

Netherlands — Kansspelautoriteit: Chestoption Sociedad de Responsibilidad Limitada was fined €3,082,000 because it offered gambling without the required licence through, among other sites, Vave.com. KSA’s earlier order against Chestoption became final & irrevocable; a recheck found the breaches had not stopped. This does not by itself prove Chestoption was the operator when AffPapa formed its 2023 relationship, or identify the present operator.
