Yet Australian records name Rabidi N.V. & Liernin Enterprises in Boomerang Casino action, while a Spanish decision attributes Boomerang-Casino & Boomerang-Bet to Adonio N.V. AffPapa's seal names a fourth company, Boomerang N.V., without explaining the chain.

What AffPapa published or retained

AffPapa's compliance page remains live & marks Boomerang Partners, under Boomerang N.V., as Certified & compliant with its Fair Partnership rules. The original partnership page also remains live. The seal is an AffPapa status, not government approval.

What the authority did

ACMA named Rabidi N.V. in its 2023 warning & Liernin Enterprises Limited in later Australian action. Spanish proceeding ES/2024/140 attributed Boomerang-Bet & Boomerang-Casino to Adonio N.V. AffPapa's seal instead names Boomerang N.V. These companies must remain separate unless continuity evidence is produced.

  1. 15 December 2021 — AffPapa announced a Boomerang Partners relationship, then described as managed by Rabidi N.V.
  2. 16 February 2023 — ACMA formally warned Rabidi N.V. over Boomerang Casino.
  3. 1 March 2024 — AffPapa granted Boomerang Partners a compliance seal naming Boomerang N.V.
  4. July-September 2024 — ACMA warned Liernin Enterprises Limited over services including Boomerang Casino.
  5. ES/2024/140 — Spain attributed Boomerang-Bet & Boomerang-Casino to Adonio N.V. & imposed a €5 million fine & four-year disqualification.
  6. 2 September 2026 — AffPapa's Boomerang Partners seal remained live with status Certified.
