Gambler allegedly kicked casino terminal to erase losing bets
Police say the gambler’s kicks triggered errors that voided losing bets while wins stood.

Macau police have arrested a 52-year-old mainland Chinese businessman accused of cheating a casino by kicking an electronic sic bo machine to void his losing bets. According to Judiciary Police spokesman Ho Ka Weng, the impact triggered an error that cancelled the round & refunded his stake, letting wins stand while losses were erased.
Why it matters
Police said this was the first time they had encountered this method of cheating in Macau. Casino surveillance staff grew suspicious after the machine repeatedly showed error signals & spotted the gambler kicking the cabinet on review of the footage.
