Spain's 2021 decision named TEKHOU5 Limited, while today's Curaçao certificate names Raw Entertainment B.V. No official source reviewed explains whether control or responsibility passed between them.

What AffPapa published or retained

Roobet remains on AffPapa's current Best iGaming Operators page & in its live operator modules. The 2023 page described a year-long agreement, so the present listing proves continued publication but not that the original contract was renewed.

What the authority did

Spain's 2021 decision concerned TEKHOU5 Limited. Roobet's current Curaçao certificate names Raw Entertainment B.V., company 157205, licence OGL/2024/687/0427, as operator of roobet.com. No official source reviewed establishes that Raw assumed TEKHOU5's liability, ownership or control.

Chronology

  1. 2021 — Spain's DGOJ sanctioned TEKHOU5 Limited over unauthorised gambling connected to the Roobet record.
  2. 25 January 2023 — AffPapa announced a year-long Roobet collaboration & described Roobet as a reliable partner.
  3. April 2024 — AffPapa continued publishing Roobet promotional articles after the announced year-long agreement.
  4. 2 September 2026 — Roobet remained on AffPapa's Best iGaming Operators page, which says listed operators are vetted.
