X sues Duel.com operator over alleged $300k bribe offer

Immortal Snail, the Nevis-registered operator of Duel.com, is fighting X in arbitration to force the return of the suspended accounts.

X Corp has sued Immortal Snail LLC, the operator of Duel.com, accusing founder Ossi Ketola & the company of a years-long campaign of bribery to seize usernames & restore suspended accounts. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, claims the scheme dates back to 2024. The allegations have not been proven in court & Immortal Snail has yet to respond to X’s complaint, according to Casino.org.
